The 5K Angel Race is to benefit the North Logan County Christmas Guardian Angel Program. This program, in its third year, replaced the “Angel Tree.” It gives everyone the opportunity to become Guardian Angels. Then, in December, right before Christmas, a Guardian Angel, someone admired by the children of North Logan County, receives the privilege of escorting a child through our local Wal-Mart where the child can pick out the present(s) of his or her choice. |
